The Rotaract Club Luxembourg is proud to invite you to the 14th edition of its traditional International Weekend in Luxembourg on September 2 - 4  2011, which is a great occasion for Rotaractors from all over the world to meet and spend two days and nights in one of Europe's most beautiful capitals, successfully combining cosmopolitan flair, exciting nightlife and contemplative tranquility.

Come discover with us the international flair of a modern European capital in the heart of Western Europe that is home to citizens of a multitude of different nationalities and cultures. Explore the day- and nightlife of a city that strikes through the contrast between a medieval old town city center and a modern ever-growing financial district. Very busy and hectic during working hours, the city becomes calm and quiet after all the commuting work-force has left the city and the locals meet in one of the many little bars and restaurants to enjoy dinner or just a little drink among friends.

Join us and other Rotaractors from all over Europe for an unforgettable weekend in our charming little city. You will be staying in a state-of-the-art hostel within walking distance of the lower old town as well as the trendiest meeting point for bar-hopping and clubbing in the city.You'll experience the Schueberfouer, one of Europe's largest funfairs and an absolute must for every visitor coming to Luxembourg in September.

On Saturday be prepared for the visit of Echternach, the oldest city in Luxembourg located in the eastern part of the country. The programme consists of a company visit, followed by a legendary barbecue and a scavenger hunt to round up the city visit. The climax of the weekend is the gala dinner taking place in Parc Hotel Alvisse Saturday night.

On Sunday, we will take take you on a visit to Luxembourg's Modern Arts Museum (MUDAM). The Weekend International in Luxembourg will come to an end after the brunch we will have at MUDAM.
