By plane:
The nearest airport is Luxembourg Airport (www.aeroport.lu ), to which the national airline Luxair (www.luxair.lu) flies to, as well as a number of other major airlines (KLM, Lufthansa, Swiss, BA, Cityjet etc.).
To get to the youth hostel, you may take bus number 9 and get off at the stop named “Plateau Altmunster”. The youth hostel is a 2-minute walk away from this stop (see map ).
Alternatively, you could also fly into Frankfurt Hahn airport, which is located at about 1h15 from Luxembourg, with Ryanair (www.ryanair.com). From this airport you can take the bus to Luxembourg city (www.flibco.com). Reservations need to be made.

By train & bus:
From the central train station, to get to the youth hostel, you may take any of the buses number 9 and 14 and get off at the stop named “Plateau Altmunster”. The youth hostel is a 2-minute walk away from this stop (see map ).

Getting around Luxembourg:
